A global private club, bound by the court.

Some people move through the world differently.

They've built things. They think carefully. They'd rather have one real conversation than twenty forgettable ones. And somewhere along the way, they discovered that the best version of themselves shows up on a tennis or padel court.

Racquet Members Club exists for those people.

By application only.

The court has always been a filter.

The people who play racquet sports seriously tend to share something beyond the game — a certain disposition toward patience, precision, and genuine competition. Toward showing up, improving, and doing it with integrity.

What Membership Offers

Two men playing padel on an outdoor court with orange mesh walls and green foliage background.

Play, Anywhere Worth Playing

Court time with people who take the game seriously — without taking themselves too seriously. In the cities where you live, work, and travel. No searching for worthy opponents. No cold introductions. The vetting is already done.

Swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, surrounded by trees and garden, with people standing nearby.

Travel With People You'd Actually Choose

Private villas. Championship courts. Curated trips across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond — where every detail is handled so you can focus on playing, connecting, and being present. These trips don't end when the trip does. Ahmed came on our Côte d'Azur week and brought the energy home to Atlanta. Austin flew in from Texas for Marrakech — tennis at sunset, a hot-air-balloon DJ set, the kind of days you plan the rest of the year around. Frederik called his "the trip that opened my eyes to what's possible."

Private Events and Gatherings

Grand Slams and Masters tournaments with private loge access. Film festivals, Fashion Weeks. RMC moves quietly through the kinds of experiences that don't appear on public booking pages.

Outdoor patio with purple cushioned iron furniture, surrounded by lush green plants and trees, stone pathway, and a house with shutters.

Gatherings With Real Substance

Intimate conversations with founders, investors, and operators who've built things worth learning from. No panels. No pitch decks. The right people in a relaxed room is where things actually happen: founders have met the investors who backed them. Abhi and Aldo met over tennis and ended up at Cannes together. Two guys, one in jewellery and one in music, found a collaboration neither saw coming.

RMC Racquets and Padels

Custom-designed racquets, built for the way you actually play. Jessica played with ours and felt the difference from the first set.

Preferred Rates, Anywhere You Go

Through our travel partner, members access preferred rates on luxury hotels and premium flights. A few clicks, and it's arranged.

Who You’ll Find Here

The common thread isn't industry or net worth. It's a standard — for how they play, how they treat people, and how they move through the world.

RMC is intentionally small. It grows through conversation, not marketing. Every membership begins with an application and a personal interview — because the integrity of the circle depends on who's in it.

Some Past Retreats

Two men in white clothing talking on a sunny terrace with a sea view, surrounded by Mediterranean architecture and plants.
White lighthouse on a rocky hill with a clear blue sky and distant mountains in the background.

Mykonos

Whitewashed houses, afternoon hits, and beach club evenings at Scorpios. The kind of trip that's hard to explain to people who weren't there.

Maserati SUV in snowy landscape with mountains and trees.

Alps

A private chalet, helicopter drops, iconic hotels, and Saint Bernards on Swiss roads. Days on the slopes, evenings by the fire.

French Riviera

A Provençal villa as base. Day trips to Monaco and Antibes. Tennis by the Mediterranean. Long dinners that drifted past midnight.

Show up, play racquet sports, have fun, make memories and friends. We handle all the rest.

RMC Values

Brotherhood and Fellowship

A circle of like-minded winners inspiring, educating, and challenging each other to achieve their dream lives. Together, we grow stronger through shared experiences and genuine support.

Body & Mind

Racquet sport players live an average of 9.7 years longer — a result of movement, strategy, and the particular kind of happiness that comes from competing with people you respect. We take that seriously.

Truth

A commitment to honest self-improvement — on the court and off it. To sharing what we know. To building things that last.

Upcoming Retreats

Mallorca Championships

Five days at a private villa with its own tennis court above the sea. Morning coaching and afternoons on court, then the island takes over — Scorpios, the best beach clubs, long dinners, and the kind of nights Mykonos is known for. A private chef when you want the calm, a boat across the Aegean when the day allows. Play hard, then let the week carry you.
